The Verdict is In ....

It was the soap! There's still a little bit of soap suds covering the drain, but no standing water and no leaked water or suds. I'll add some more vinegar to my walmart list and run the dishwasher again tonight with just the vinegar. From what I saw online, it could take 2 or 3 vinegar runs to get rid of all the dish soap. So glad I caught it when I did. I definitely would not have wanted to deal with the mess had I run an actual load of dishes with dish detergent plus the dish soap residue.

Well, I've got to finish my Walmart list and then off to shop.
