Make sure when you're sewing that your arms are at a 90 degree angle, and that will help the ergo issues too.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12011158260769958981noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21876922.post-69328473637563421532009-06-13T03:04:13.831-04:002009-06-13T03:04:13.831-04:00I use a pillow against my lower back... I see them all the time here for around $20 or less.Liz Bordonaronoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21876922.post-23511183080824954802009-06-12T14:39:14.561-04:002009-06-12T14:39:14.561-04:00I had back issues too with my old chair, so I splu...I had back issues too with my old chair, so I splurged on a good office chair from Ikea - $39. Since you're fairly short you might also want to consider raising your foot pedal by putting something underneath it. And finally, making a small lumbar pillow for yourself would be a quick, inexpensive thing to do. Good luck! It's no fun to hurt through our passion.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02999956275808214429noreply@blogger.com
